Introduction only

View and Move will advertise your property, carry out all accompanied viewing with pre-qualified applicants, fully referencing your potential tenants, provide all the legal documentation, check in the tenants at the property in readiness to hand the responsibility over for you to manage the ongoing tenancy through the duration of the fixed term.

£350 set up fee

 

Rental Collection

View and Move rental collection service, we will advertise the property, carry out all accompanied viewings with pre-qualified applicant, fully referencing your potential tenants, provide all the legal documentation, preparing a detailed photographic inventory, deposit registration, rental collection.

Fully Management

View and move fully management service we will advertise the property, carry out all accompanied viewings with pre-qualified applicant, fully referencing your potential tenants, provide all the legal documentation, preparing a detailed photographic inventory, deposit registration, rental collection, periodic property inspection with documented report, renewal of tenancies, property management administration, check out, dispute resolution and updating utilities companies.

Inventory – From £150 per let dependent on property size
Renewal of Tenancy – £50

Once you have found your perfect new home you will be asked our referencing procedure and pay a holding deposit of not more than one weeks rent of the property you are applying for. This secures the property for 14 days whilst references are being carried out.

All tenancies are subject to contract and clear references.

You will be asked to sign the tenancy agreement within 14 days of applying for the property.

On the day you move into the property the following monies will be due.

  • 1 x Month’s Rent
  • Deposit of not more than 5 week rental income of the property.

The deposit will be placed in the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme) and protected for the duration of your tenancy. We will arrange to meet you at the property on the day the tenancy starts and go through the relevant documents.
